pop up "glacéau studios” staffed with professional stylists, designers and photographers are capturing pictures of consumers interacting with vitaminwater in colorful ways. within weeks, images from these photo shoots will be featured on iconic billboards in high-profile locations like the cape town waterfront, the paris opera house and piccadilly circus in london.
in the spirit of “show us your vits”, glacéau vitaminwater will also share its spotlight with another very special bold and colorful personality and cause – alicia keys and keep a child alive.
with the spotlight shining brightly on south africa as it serves as host to the 2010 fifa world cup, superstar alicia keys launched her campaign to support keep a child alive (kca). kca is dedicated to providing life-saving aids treatment, care and support services to children and families whose lives have been affected by hiv/aids in africa and india.
keep a child alive is recognized among the aids movements for creating most groundbreaking messaging and campaigns, and continues to push the boundaries with its latest media campaign: ‘africa vs. aids’ involving high-profile african footballers who have committed themselves to the cause.
through its glacéaugood efforts, vitaminwater will dedicate several of its iconic “show us your vits” billboards throughout johannesburg to help “keep a child alive” raise awareness for their “africa vs aids” program. alicia herself will appear as part of the campaign, along with the amazing images from the “africa vs. aids” program that will be boldly showcased throughout south africa for the duration of the 2010 fifa world cup.
while in town to perform at the world cup celebration concert, alicia unveiled the “footballer” ads at the glacéau vitaminwater pop-up in johannesburg.
